Much to the fans’ delight, the reveal for the Clash of Clans Town Hall 13 has finally rolled out on Tuesday, in the form of an official teaser video. Although we don’t know the official release date yet, at least we know it’s coming in the game’s December update. The update comes with many exciting news, including a fourth Hero.
Watch the 1-minute teaser video below:
The teaser is centered around a new entity that represents a danger to Villages, invading and attacking them. Even more, the video shows a bunch of Hog Riders arranged in the shape of 13, which could mean that Clash of Clans players may finally gain the ability to deploy Troops in custom formations.
Halfway through the video, we see the image below. The message “What can it mean?” seems to be of great importance. To the right, we see a silhouette that could reveal the design of Town Hall 13.
Next, we are shown a picture that portrays a Hog Rider in a winter landscape. As many fans have already noticed, there is a mysterious thing floating in the background. Some think it could be a holiday-themed loot drop, while others claim it’s a floating castle. Either way, we can’t know for sure.
Around 27 seconds into the teaser, we see the biggest tease of the video, a torn photo of the three Heroes of Clash of Clans. But if you look closer, you see that a fourth figure has been ripped out of the photograph.
With all of these mysterious details the teaser has provided us with, it’s clear that fans are wondering when Town 13 is expected to release. Some speculated that the patch would come on Friday, December 13, but Supercell Community Manager Darian recently posted on Reddit, eliminating this possibility.
He wrote: “Nowhere in the video is a date given. A lot of people have been assuming the 13th since it’s Friday the 13th in December. As much as we’d love to release on Friday the 13th, unfortunately, App stores are closed on the weekend. So if we released on Friday the 13th and there was a game-breaking bug discovered, you wouldn’t get the fix/patch update until the following Monday since there’d be no one at Apple/Google/Kunlun/etc. to release it.”
It seems that we’ll have to wait a bit more to find out the exact date of the release. The good news is that we won’t have to wait much longer since we already know Town Hall 13 is dropping in December.
