When it comes to amazing browsers, Google Chrome is definitely on our list. It is also the default Android browser, and it offers users the best deal out there. We come with good news: they have just released a new update. Here is all we know about it.
Google Chrome 81.0.4044.117 Update
All the phones with Android will get it through OTA (over the air) channels. All you need to do is have access to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
So what is new with this update?
This one is more about minor bug fixes and some software changes. This one is a significant update, and here’s what we are getting:
The notifications will be quieter, which means that you will be able to see fewer notification requests. There is also a new permission option. Also, by default, cookies are treated as same-site only. We are also getting secure media. All the Insecure audio and video on secure pages will be upgraded to secure connections.
This update is a high-priority download, so we are telling all the Chrome users to get it as soon as possible.
Make sure to enjoy the app at its fullest. Incognito mode, for example, can be used in order to browse the internet without saving the history. You are now going private on all sites. You can browse fast wherever you are. You will choose from personalized search results, which appear as soon as you type something in the search bar. It will also fill in forms quickly with Autofill. Your content is, too, one tap away. Chrome has a feature called “Tap to Search.” You can tap on any word or any phase, and you will start a Google search, while you’re still on the page, you’re already reading.
