For a long time, iPhone fans enjoyed the best camera which could be found on a smartphone device. In recent years Apple lost the crown to in favor of other smartphone manufacturers and models, with the Google Pixel 3 being the prime competitor.
Apple seems to be keen to recapture the lost praise, something which can be seen clearly in the case of the iPhone 11 Pro. To see how good the new triple-camera setup is we decided to compare it with the one present on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+.
During the test several we took a picture in bright daylight conditions. It was easy to see that the iPhone 11 Pro Max camera emphasizes a natural coloring. In the case of the Note 10+, the image is a bit more saturated, but it manages to look quite good.
Here the situation is reversed. While the Note 10+ delivers an impressive image filled with vibrant colors, the image captured with the iPhone 11 Pro Max the colors tends to be more faded, which can be a bit disappointing for some users.
Night mode performance
The addition of a Night mode was one of the most anticipated features among Apple fans, and the performance is quite impressive. Images taken during the night are more colorful and are sharper in comparison to those taken with the Galaxy Note 10+.
The Portrait mode is an essential feature in the age of social media and the ability to shoot great portraits a must-have for many users. The iPhone 11 Pro Max is a clear winner here since the camera can capture natural skin tones and overall quality of the image is better.
Both devices have their strong points, and it is hard to pick a better one. It all depends on your own needs and personal preferences.
