iPhone SE 2 Renders Hint to the Possible Return of Touch ID

Back in 2016, Apple decided to bring to people an affordable and compact device, the iPhone SE. Many users were extremely content about it, and the smartphone proved to be the real deal. Recently, the news about its comeback is taking people by storm, as more and more rumors on iPhone SE 2 emerged on the Internet.

iPhone SE was iPhone 5S’s copy, in talks of the design. The differences included some features and specifications. iPhone X was released to celebrate Apple’s 10th-anniversary, and such a fact made people think of a possible comeback of the well-appreciated SE! Several rumors then reports and leaks filled pages of the Internet, and after a while, we know what to expect.

iPhone SE 2 Renders

According to the leaked renders of the Apple iPhone SE 2, the device might bring a more compressed style factor, introducing a 4.7-inch LCD notch-less screen. The smartphone is thought to be 138.5 x 67.4 x 7.8mm, and its thickness up to 8.6mm.

The renders make us think that the style thing could resemble the iPhone 8, with a glass back addition. As for its camera, the device would probably come with a single rear camera, not a dual one, as thought before. Moreover, the iPhone SE 2 is possibly to reintroduce the popular feature dubbed Touch ID.

The renders have also shown the presence of a home button, a reason for bringing back Touch ID. As the latest iPhone 11 series released, the future device is also assumed to receive the power from an Apple A13 Bionic processor, and a bigger battery. Such features will provide a genuine experience to users.

Finally, with so much speculated details, we aren’t sure 100 % about the device’s name if it will be dubbed either iPhone SE 2 or iPhone 9. Official confirmation is much awaited.
