WhatsApp Beta Update Comes With Multiple Issues

WhatsApp Messenger is one of the most popular texting apps in the world, being used by millions of users every day. The majority of people use it as the main method of communication with friends and family.

However, some users recently reported encountering some issues with WhatsApp.

WhatsApp beta version 2.19.364 was recently released, delivering some minor features and bug fixes for Android users. Unfortunately, several reports claim that the app crashes when users try to reply to messages.

It appears that the problem is not as some thought, but the bug annoys millions of people when opening the app. Even more, the app often freezes when users try to delete media files or tap side navigation.

According to sources, the bug only affects users running Whatsapp for Android version 2.19.364. We should mention that the previous version also presented this issue. If you want to avoid this issue, you should not update your app to the latest version.

WhatsApp officials haven’t made any official comment on the issue yet. However, we know that the WhatsApp team received tons of reports and the developers are working on fixing the problem. The fix will most probably be included in the next beta release.

In addition, the latest update has other issues. Some people can’t share contacts because the send button is gone in the recent version.

Even more, some other users reported having issues with the in-app camera, which is laggy and can’ be used anymore. Another issue is crashes when trying to send other users images from the gallery.

If you are one of the users that encountered any of these annoying problems, you should check the Google Play Store for updates regularly.
