Mario Kart Tour 1.1.0 Is Now Available To Download With Improvements And Bug Fixes

Mario Kart Tour is Nintendo’s first title of the Mario Kart series that came out on Android and iOS. The game takes Mario and the other character from Nintendo’s franchise in a world racing tour. Now, Mario Kart Tour 1.1.0 rolled out with improvements and bug fixes.

Mario Kart Tour is a letdown, unfortunately

Despite its exciting features, such as tracks made out of real-world cities, besides the classic Mario Kart racetracks, Mario Kart Tour is disappointing. The main issue is the lack of a multiplayer mode.

In Mario Kart Tour, you’ll race against other players that act like real persons with various nicknames that would suggest that, but they are nothing else than bots. That’s annoying since the funniest mode in the Mario Kart series has always been the multiplayer mode.

Also, Mario Kart Tour is hard to handle, and it comes with in-app purchases that limit your free fun if you want to gain more prizes and level up. Anyway, Nintendo tends to improve its game, and it recently released Mario Kart Tour 1.1.0 version that fixes some bugs and adds some improvements.

What’s new in Mario Kart Tour 1.1.0?

As we’ve mentioned above, the new Mario Kart Tour 1.1.0 only brings some improvements and bug fixes. According to the official release notes of the version, the following changes have been made:

  • Players can now view a list of badges that they have earned.
  • You can check the points needed to obtain Grand Stars, the number of Grand Stars, and your actual best score straight on the display for courses and bonus challenges.
  • We have addressed known bugs and issues.

Now, the hard-die fans of Nintendo and Mario Kart Tour still love to have a Mario Kart game available on Android and iOS. Even though the game is quite disappointing, it is fun to play for a few hours. The new Mario Kart Tour 1.1.0 is already available on the Google Play Store.
