Pokemon Sword & Shield: You Can Evolve Sinistea into Polteageist, and It’s Quite Simple

The Galar region from Pokemon Sword and Shield is inspired from the UK. The game is now adding a ghost-type Pokemon that’s also themed after the United Kingdom. Sinistea, that’s a teacup, can evolve into a pot of tea, that’s called Polteageist. When it comes to Pokemon names, you must see how awesome they are. You can get these amazing Pokemon, and you just need to know where to look.

You can find Sinistea in Glimwood Tangle, which is the great mushroom forest that’s placed between Ballonlea and Stow-on-Side. You’ll have to get through the tall grass in order to get the exclamation point to show up, and Sinistea is among the Pokemon that show up when the battles start.

After you catch a Sinistea, you need to get back to Stow-on-Side, and you need to talk to the right-hand man who is running the marketplace stand. He sells different bargain items every day, and most of them are evolutionary items that help with various Pokemon. For Sinistea, you’re looking for the  Cracked Pot.  If the seller does not have it today, ask when he will do the next bargain to see if he will also come tomorrow. After you get it, you need to use it on Sinistea the way you would use an evolutionary stone in order to get Polteageist.

The signature move of Polteageist is Teatime, which makes all the Pokemon on the field eat their berries all at once. This is actually useful is you think about your enemy’s Pokemon holding berries, which reduce the damage they would take from an effective move. This way, you can actually hit the Pokemon in the head for full damage.
