We have no official info on The Sims 5 release date, so all we can do is looking at The Sims 4 expansion packs and count them until there won’t remain any. The Sims 4 Discover University Expansion Pack

On November 15th, 2019, EA and Maxis will roll out The Sims 4 Discover University Expansion Pack. This addition would bring the Sims in the universe of Universities.

“The Sims can enroll in school, explore collegiate experiences, and enjoy extracurricular activities. Take classes that set your Sims up for success in engineering, education, or law careers. Discover robotics and ping-pong, plus make some mischief pulling pranks against the rival school,” EA posted on its blog.

The additions would roll out next month for $39.99. Accordingly, we’ll have to pay for this expansion pack. But could it represent the end of The Sims 4 life cycle and the begin of The Sims 5? Let’s check the rumors!

The Sims 5 Release Date

Up till now, we have now clues on when EA plans to release The Sims 5 installment in the series. Accordingly, we can only hope that The Sims 4 University Expansion Pack would be among the last ones for the current-gen game.

We should expect The Sims 5 to roll out on the next-gen consoles, namely, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Scarlett, somewhen during the holiday season of 2020. However, we don’t know if The Sims 5 would roll out along with the next-gen consoles or at a later point in 2020.

The upcoming The Sims 4 University Expansion Pack brings some new features that would make the players happy. However, we already know that the fans are looking forward to The Sims 5 release. We should wait the year 2020 to gather more details on the upcoming installment in the popular series.
