Microsoft is getting ready for its November Update, and they made sure that everything is alright before releasing it to the public. They added some last-minute touches.
All of the touches are part of the update KB4522355, which has already been released for the Release Preview ring. To keep things simple, the update will affect only those devices that are running Windows 10 19H1 and 19H2.
To make things clear for those of you who don’t know, Windows 10 19H1 is also known under the name of Windows 10 May 2019 Update – version 1903.
The Windows will be launched sometime next month and will be called Windows 10 November 2019 Update – version 1909.
When will the update be released?
Of course, getting to know Microsoft, the changelogs are not available for the Release Preview Ring updates. But those users who take part in the Release Preview Ring right now and who are running Windows 10 19H1, build 18362.448 will get updated to 18362.449, after they decide to install KB4522355.
However, those users who are running Windows 10 19H2 build 18363.448, will get the build number 18363.449 after the update.
Microsoft has released an official statement, in which they tell us about their plans to give us the update. They said that once Windows users have the final 19H2 build, they will keep improving the overall experience on PCs as they usually do. This means that they will also release new Cumulative Updates for 19H2. Last week, users got builds 18363.448 and 18363.446, and it’s all part of their process.
We don’t have many other details about the Windows 10 November 2019 update. But users have big expectations since it’s the second major update of this year.
