Facebook contributes to the SPAM list with its own solution for sending newsletter emails

Although the internet has been around for a long time, recurring newsletter emails still get the effect they want from those who use them, so much so that even Facebook will offer its own solution for flooding the inbox with messages.

Unlike sending an e-mail, sending a newsletter involves much more effort on the technical support side. Moreover, it can be helpful to have a list of “fans” that you can flood with messages. The old condition of manually subscribing to newsletter lists is a thing of the past. Modern social media platforms have many more “customers”.

Whether it’s the email address you usually use, or displaying a notification message for a Newsletter received directly on Facebook, the social media platform administrators seem determined to provide a solution for potential customers.

“Facebook is working on tools for journalists and writers to send out newsletters,” says a report in The New York Times.

The Newsletter service prepared by Facebook is still at an early stage of development, its purpose being to assist in the development of a follower base on Facebook and the email list for newsletter messages. In addition, the tool will also provide a paid subscription model, helping content authors monetize their own creations.

The initiative is under the auspices of the Facebook Journalism Project and is actively supported by CEO Mark Zuckerberg. However, it is not clear when the new newsletter tools will be officially announced, as the company does not yet offer a clear system for attracting interested journalists.
