Peacock customer service runs through three official channels: the Help Center with its Helper Bot, the signed-in Get in Touch page for email or live chat, and direct messages to @PeacockTVCare on social media. Peacock’s own contact article lists no phone number.
Live agents answer chat from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM ET. Outside those hours, only the bot and help articles are staffed.
The three official contact paths
Everything below comes from Peacock’s Contact Us in Customer Service article, checked on 21 September 2026.
| Channel | Where to find it | Hours | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Help Center and Peacock Helper Bot | peacocktv.com/help, chat icon on any article page | Always available | Error codes, device setup, plan questions with a known answer |
| Get in Touch (email or live chat) | peacocktv.com/help/get-in-touch, sign-in required | Live agents 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM ET | Billing problems, account access, anything the bot cannot close |
| Social media direct message | @PeacockTVCare on X and Facebook, @Peacock on Instagram | Not stated by Peacock | A backup when you cannot sign in to chat |

Reach a live agent in four steps
Video: DiziSight
- Open peacocktv.com/help in a browser and sign in with the email on your account.
- Go to the Get in Touch page.
- Pick chat for a live agent or email for a written reply.
- Describe the device, the plan and the exact error text before the agent asks.
The Help Center header shows “Live chat: Agent Offline” when nobody is staffing it.
Locked out of your account?
Chat needs a sign-in, which is a problem when the login itself is broken. Peacock’s Account Finder page asks for your first name, last name and one payment detail: the card, a PayPal email or the billing descriptor on your statement.
Peacock’s cancellation article also says that if you cannot log in to cancel, you can cancel through chat.
Billed by Roku, Apple or Xfinity? Peacock cannot help
This is where most support chats dead-end. If you subscribed through Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, Xfinity, Spectrum, Verizon or DIRECTV, Peacock states it cannot cancel that plan. You have to contact the company that bills you.
Not sure who bills you? Sign in, open the Subscriptions tab and read the Payment Method line. If Roku handles it, Roku’s own subscription page covers cancellation, and our Roku TV explainer shows where the account settings sit on the TV.
Peacock’s refund line is blunt: no refunds or credits on Premium or Premium Plus unless the law requires one.
The phone numbers you find online
Search for Peacock support and you will see toll-free numbers on complaint boards and answer sites. None of them appear in Peacock’s official contact article, so treat them as unverified.
The FTC warns that tech support scammers push their own sites into search results and run ads to get you calling. Never read a card number to someone who called you, or whose number you found in an ad.
Fix it yourself before you chat
Many tickets are app problems, not account problems. If NBC Sports will not activate on your TV, our NBC Sports on Roku guide covers why the code fails.
Our Disney+ on Roku walkthrough shows the reinstall and sign-out steps that clear most streaming errors.
FAQ
Does Peacock have a customer service phone number?
Peacock’s official contact article lists no phone line. It points you to the Helper Bot, the Get in Touch page for email or live chat, and @PeacockTVCare on social media.
What are Peacock live chat hours?
Live agents answer from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM Eastern Time. The Peacock Helper Bot in the Help Center is available at any hour.
Why can’t Peacock cancel my subscription?
Because a third party bills you. Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon and cable providers control those plans, so the cancellation has to happen with them.
